About The Job

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative who speaks Hindi and English to assist customers over the phone. You will help members with court cases, attorney services, and fuel services. You will listen carefully, provide answers, and ensure the customers are satisfied with the help they receive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer calls and assist customers in Hindi most of the time (80%), and in English when needed (20%).
  • Help customers with court-related questions, legal matters, and attorney services.
  • Assist customers with fuel services, including account-related inquiries, fuel delivery, and any issues they may have.
  • Record customer details and update information in our system accurately.
  • Provide basic guidance on legal processes, court dates, and fuel-related services.
  • Escalate issues to other teams if needed, especially for complex inquiries.
  • Keep all customer conversations confidential and follow privacy rules.
  • Meet performance goals like solving problems quickly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Work with a team and attend training to improve your skills.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Fluent in Hindi and English, with clear communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience in customer service or a similar job, especially on the phone will be an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of using computers (like switching between different screens and using simple software).
  • Ability to solve problems and handle customer concerns politely and professionally.
  • Attention to detail when recording or updating customer information.
  • Able to work in rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays).

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Graduate (any field).
  • Comfortable with basic computer tasks like navigating multiple screens or systems.
  • Knowledge of court processes or fuel services is a bonus but not required.
