Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role with/without direct reports.
About the jobAs a Technical Partner Engagement Manager, you will utilize your video technology experience, industry expertise and existing relationships to advance YouTube's global strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally, to build operational processes that deliver TV and media experiences for our partners.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team that is responsible for the on-boarding and ongoing operations relationships with some of YouTube's strategic TV and media partners.
- Leverage TV and media industry expertise to identify and cultivate new content and technology opportunities and provide regular partner intelligence updates to cross-functional teams.
- Ensure the team understands and represents YouTube's technical interests during partner agreement negotiations and can identify potential operational risks or mitigate those risks via cross-functional collaboration and creative problem solving with our partners.
- Drive collaboration with internal teams to refine existing processes and tools used by partners and operators.
- Partner with our Product, Business and Strategy teams to identify new partnership opportunities and support the operational needs for the region and product. Create and manage partner on-boarding timelines for APAC.
