We at Coforge are hiring TTH Delivery Head with the following skillset:
- Own P&L for the delivery portfolio, driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Define and execute delivery strategy aligned with business growth and scalability goals.
- Govern delivery KPIs including margins, CSAT, SLAs, utilization, and delivery predictability.
- Establish strong delivery governance, quality frameworks, and risk management across programs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to CxO/VP stakeholders; lead service reviews and steering committees.
- Partner with Sales and Account teams to drive account growth through upsell and cross‑sell.
- Lead, mentor, and scale high‑performing Program and Project Management teams.
- Drive talent development, succession planning, and a culture of accountability and excellence.
Required Skills -
- Strong Airline / Aviation domain experience is mandatory
- Proven delivery leadership with P&L ownership in large, complex accounts
- Excellent client‑facing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing large, complex account portfolios
- Track record of scaling delivery, improving margins, and driving operational excellence
