Job description
- Working closely with a team of Sales and Marketing of Protective Coatings. Formulating and implementing long term/short term strategic plans to achieve sales targets with good credit control.
- Ensure approvals for products with clients, consultants, Government bodies and Corporates.
- Identifying key clients, generating business from the existing customers, thereby facilitating to achieving business targets.
- Planning of sales and promotional activities of territories and reviewing the performance of sales team vis a vis plan.
- Making Corporate presentation and conducting corrosion audits.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in protective coating or related field (industrial coatings, industrial paints).
- Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.Sc., B.Tech/B.E.).
- Strong understanding of channel sales principles, dealer management practices, and industrial sales techniques.
