Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Support and Installation (TSI) specialist at Sujata Electric Pvt. Ltd., located in Puri with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as providing technical support to clients, installing and maintaining electrical and electronic systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication.
Qualifications
- Technical skills in electrical and electronic systems installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in providing customer support and handling technical inquiries
- Problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Willingness to travel locally for on-site installations and support
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
- Experience in the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry is a plus
