Market Intelligence | - Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
- Gather market feedback and consumer insights and provide inputs on a regular basis. Provide feedback on weak area of sales, competitor price information and promotional activities
- Maintain awareness of new tender release through various mediums and promptly inform Zonal KA&Project Executive

Media and Advertisement Execution | - Effectively co-ordinate with agency for frontline implementation of zonal marketing plan in respective areas, in consultation with zonal branding executives.
- Ensure that all advertisement material (POP material, posters, danglers) are properly displayed with higher visibility

Driving Institutional Sale | - Achieve sales growth through identification of projects sites and pitching BW products at these sites
- Create awareness of BW products through sampling activities at project sites and site training programs, with the support from CASC.
- Participate in events along with CASC and convert the activity into business.
- Execute sales visits to projects as per the defined plan and daily update to State Head pertaining to sales activities
- Assist Zonal KA&Project executive in tender submission process
- Manage Lead end to end and ensure conversion of leads.

Customer Experience & Relationship Management
| - Respond to customer complaints in a timely manner. Liaise with CASC team to address technical queries and glitches in product application
- Coordinate the CASC team to ensure a thorough understanding of customer needs and planning regular follow-ups to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Action and close issues identified through client centricity initiatives
- Ensure timely refund / replacements of damaged goods.

Commercial Management and Process Efficiency | - Co-ordinate with Commercials team to raise sales invoice
- Follow up with the customers for timely payment as per credit terms
- Ensure adherence to sales process & system requirements
