Job Role: Quality Checker
Process: Corporate KYC & Treasury Services International Banking
Walk-in Drive Date: Saturday, 10th January 2026
Location: Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, 1/G1, SIPCOT IT Park Navalur, Siruseri, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 603103
Timing: 09:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Candidate to Carry: Passport Size Photographs, Updated CV, Photocopy of Aadhaar and EPFO service history, All education/employment documents.
Job Requirement
- Any full-time graduate (10+2+3) with 4 - 8 years of experience in international banking Client Onboarding, Treasury Services, and Quality Control.
Skills
- Strong understanding of banking operations and compliance standards
- Experience in quality checking of Client Onboarding and Treasury Services processes
- Ability to review and validate:
- Documentation accuracy
- Account setup in core banking systems (DDA)
- KYC compliance and screening
- Product activation and maintenance activities
- Knowledge of Treasury & Payment products such as ACH, Wires, Lockbox, RDC, Fraud Services, and other cash management solutions
- Expertise in performing quality audits on onboarding and maintenance activities
- Ability to identify process gaps, escalate issues, and ensure adherence to U.S. regulations and internal policies
- Experience in queue management and prioritization of complex requests
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Willingness to work in night shifts
Interview Norms

- Two / four-wheelers can be parked in the parking area.
- Candidates must wait in the lounge.
