Note - Treasury Director from NBFC Domain & Gold Loans and will be reporting to CFO

Treasury Director
- At least 15 years of experience in similar function in corporate treasury department, banking candidates will also be considered;
- Will be based out of Mumbai. He will be primarily responsible for raising debt funding to support the expansion of the overall business.
- Cash flow management; liquidity monitoring and forecasting;
- Drive the company ALCO and be responsible for managing interest rate, duration and currency risk;
- Represent the Company with external parties such as but not limited to banks and securities companies;
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international financial markets and local currency funding schemes
- Generate pipeline for new funding transactions and responsible for closing including documents in conjunction with internal lawyers;
- Rating Agencies management, be the main point of contact, prepare documents and achieve rating improvement;
- Provide guidance to members of the team.
- Experience gained from gold loan companies are highly valued
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international financial markets and local currency funding schemes;
- Experience dealing with rating agencies;
Skills and Competences
Language: English (fluent);
o Good computer skills included MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
o Ability to work independently;
Capacity to priorities and work in a fast pace environment;
Willingness to travel across the Country based on business requirement;
