Travel Sales Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Sales Specialist located in Noida. The Travel Sales Specialist will consult with clients to understand and fulfill their travel needs, assist with itinerary planning, and proactively drive sales of bespoke travel packages. Tasks include delivering exceptional customer service, managing client relationships, conducting training sessions for team development, and contributing to sales strategies to meet revenue goals.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and develop lasting customer relationships
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
• Experience in training and mentoring team members to enhance their skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
• Passion for travel and cultural experiences, with a strong knowledge of global destinations
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
