Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Sales Executive located in the Pune District. The Travel Sales Executive will manage client inquiries, curate personalized travel plans, and communicate trip details to customers. Responsibilities include customer relationship management, sales strategy execution, and ensuring a seamless booking and pre-travel process. The role also involves promoting Trek Bunnies travel packages and maintaining long-term client satisfaction through exceptional service and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills with a focus on achieving targets
• Customer relationship management and communication expertise
• Travel planning, itinerary customization, and organization skills
• Proficient in digital tools used for email communication, CRM, and reporting
• Knowledge of domestic travel destinations in India
• Ability to work collaboratively while being self-motivated
• Fluency in English, and knowledge of regional languages is an advantage (Marathi andHindi)
• A bachelor's degree in business, travel management, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
