Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales Executive based in Indore. The Travel Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers, developing tailored travel packages, and facilitating travel bookings. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, building itineraries, generating leads, providing advice on travel destinations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless planning and execution of trips.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Sales and Business Development with excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build customer relationships
  • Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, itineraries, and travel trends
  • Administrative skills, including handling travel documentation, booking systems, and travel insurance
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines
  • Experience in the travel and tourism industry is highly preferred
  • Graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is a plus
  • Customer-centric approach with problem-solving and decision-making abilities
