Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Travel Sales Executive. The role involves providing expert travel consultation, building and maintaining client relationships, and crafting personalized travel packages. Responsibilities include managing bookings, creating itineraries, assisting with visa processing, and addressing client queries professionally. Additionally, the role requires achieving sales targets and working collaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in achieving and surpassing sales targets
• Expertise in travel planning, including creating customized itineraries and managing bookings
• Proficiency in visa and immigration processes, as well as knowledge of international travel regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain client relationships
• Familiarity with travel industry tools and software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring a high level of customer service
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in the travel or tourism industry is a strong advantage
