Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales Executive, located in New Delhi. The Travel Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client inquiries, offering travel solutions, designing travel itineraries, and closing sales. Additional day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, staying updated with travel trends and promotions, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Sales, Customer Service, and Relationship Management
  • Knowledge in Travel Planning, Itinerary Designing, and Destination Expertise
  • Skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Persuasion
  • Capacity to provide exceptional Customer Service and resolve issues effectively
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in standard office software and travel booking systems
  • Prior experience in the travel industry is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
