Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Travel Sales Executive with hands-on experience in international flight sales. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound sales calls, convert travel leads into bookings, and deliver exceptional customer service while achieving monthly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound PPC calls outbound calls to international travel leads
- Sell flight tickets travel packages (US/UK market)
- Provide best itinerary suggestions accurate fare quotations
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Upsell and cross-sell travel services (baggage, seat selection, insurance, hotel, etc.)
- Maintain strong product knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
- Ensure high-quality customer service issue resolution
- Follow compliance company policies while handling customer data
- Achieve daily monthly sales targets
- Maintain booking records track customer follow-ups in CRM
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken written)
- Strong sales negotiation skills
- Experience handling US/UK travel customers
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of international destinations, airlines fare rules
- Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) mandatory
- Target-driven, persuasive customer-focused
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year experience in International Travel Sales (flight sales)
- Experience in PPC calls , Meta , Google Campaign calls handling preferred
- Comfortable with rotational shifts rotational weekly off
- Ability to work night shifts (for US/UK market)
