Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Travel Sales Executive role located in South Delhi. The Travel Sales Executive will manage day-to-day tasks such as coordinating with potential clients, preparing and customizing travel itineraries, providing travel package recommendations, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires building effective client relationships, understanding customer needs, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to handle client inquiries and close sales effectively.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management, with an ability to provide tailored travel solutions.
  • Experience in sales, travel consulting, and itinerary planning.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential off-beat destinations for business growth.
  • Team collaboration, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software tools and platforms for managing travel packages and customer details.
  • A passion for travel and knowledge of popular and off-beat travel destinations is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
