Yolo Yaatra is a travel community specializing in curated domestic group tours that bring people together to explore, connect and create unforgettable travel memories. We design friendly, safe and budget-oriented travel experiences for youth and corporate groups across India.

Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Communicate tour details, itineraries, inclusions, dates & pricing clearly and confidently.

Conduct follow-ups with potential travelers through calls, WhatsApp & emails.

Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive booking experience.

Coordinate with operations team for seat confirmations, vendor bookings & guest support.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Maintain and update CRM records, lead sheets & tour databases.

Participate in promotional campaigns, social media engagement and outbound outreach when required.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months experience in travel sales / customer support (preferred).

Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi + English).

Strong understanding of Indian travel destinations (especially Himachal, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Northeast, etc.).

Ability to handle multiple leads and work under target-driven environment.

Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, MS Office.

Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn.
