Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant, based in New Delhi. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing personalized travel consulting and creating tailored travel arrangements for clients. Day-to-day tasks include handling reservations, overseeing travel management, coordinating comprehensive travel plans, and consistently delivering exceptional customer service. The consultant will ensure smooth end-to-end travel experiences and address client queries promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and crafting personalized travel itineraries
- Expertise in Travel Arrangements, Reservations, and booking processes
- Strong Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency with travel industry tools and software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Travel, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of local and international travel destinations is an advantage
