Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Sell Domestic and International Holiday Packages to customers.
- Handle travel inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
- Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and travel plans.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a smooth booking experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams for bookings and travel arrangements.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team growth.
- 1–5 years of experience in Holiday Package Sales.
- Experience in Domestic & International Holiday Packages is mandatory.
- Knowledge of at least 3 travel destinations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Experience in itinerary planning and customer handling.
- Immediate Joiners preferred.
