Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Travel Sales Consultant. The role involves assisting clients in planning and booking travel experiences, providing exceptional customer service, and creating personalized travel itineraries. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their needs, managing travel arrangements, coordinating reservations, and ensuring smooth travel experiences. The consultant will also handle customer inquiries and resolve any travel-related issues to meet or exceed client expectations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to guide clients in planning and optimizing their trips.
- Experience in managing Travel Arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Strong skills in Customer Service and handling Reservations to ensure client satisfaction and a seamless booking process.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of global destinations, cultures, and travel trends is an advantage.
- Proficiency in relevant travel booking software and tools; prior experience in the travel industry is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environment in Delhi, India.
