Key Responsibilities- Understand clients travel needs and suggest suitable Dubai tours, holiday packages, flights, hotels, and travel solutions.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through strong communication and sales skills.
- Prepare customized itineraries based on customer preferences and budget.
- Handle inbound & outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and email queries professionally.
- Maintain updated knowledge of Dubai tourist attractions, desert safaris, adventure experiences, and travel requirements.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth bookings.
- Consistently follow up with leads, track conversions, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Resolve customer queries, changes, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records and booking documentation.
Skills & Requirements- Prior experience in travel sales, tourism, hospitality, or customer service (13 years preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Strong understanding of Dubai tourism and holiday packages.
