Position - Social Media Sales ( Travel Industry )

Location - Gurgaon

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Sales Agent to join our

Social Media Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients

planning, booking, and managing travel arrangements, ensuring a smooth and

satisfying travel experience. You'll use your sales skills and destination knowledge to

meet customer needs while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1.Assist clients in planning and booking international travel (flights, hotels, transport).
• 2.Provide expert advice on travel options, destinations, and itineraries.
• 3.Convert Social Media leads and proactively follow up on customer inquiries via
• phone, email, or in person.
• 4.Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• 5.Good Understanding GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo) or booking tools to process
• reservations

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience in travel sales.
• 1 year experience in Travel Sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to
• meet and exceed targets.
• Proficiency with reservation systems (GDS).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays if required
