Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Travel Consultant with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the travel industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping clients make their travel dreams a reality. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in planning and booking travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and activities.
• Provide expert advice and suggestions based on client preferences and needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, destination information, and pricing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Utilize GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, etc.) to efficiently manage bookings and provide accurate travel options.
• Handle inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise before, during, or after travel.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the travel sales.
• Working with VIP customer or business class processes.
• Knowledge of GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, etc.) is an added advantage.
• Customer-service oriented with a commitment to excellence.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
