Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Travel Sales Consultant. The role involves assisting clients in creating and finalizing personalized travel plans, managing travel arrangements and reservations, providing expert travel consulting, and ensuring an excellent customer service experience. The candidate will work closely with clients to understand their preferences, recommend options, and ensure smooth travel experiences.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to provide expert guidance and personalized planning.
  • Experience in managing Travel Arrangements and making Reservations to ensure seamless journeys.
  • Strong Customer Service skills to deliver exceptional support and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of travel software and tools is an added advantage.
  • Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
