Job Desciption

This is a full-time on-site/work-from-home role for a Luxury Travel Sales Consultant. The consultant will curate bespoke, high-end travel experiences tailored to the unique preferences of discerning clients.

Responsibilities include providing personalized travel advisory services, designing customized luxury itineraries, arranging first-class and business-class flights, premium accommodations, private transfers, exclusive tours, and VIP experiences. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, seamless coordination with global partners, and proactive management of every stage of the client journey to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Daily responsibilities also include nurturing elite client relationships, anticipating travel needs, managing complex reservations, handling special requests with discretion, and delivering white-glove service that reflects sophistication, exclusivity, and excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
• Strong skills in Customer Service and handling Reservations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry, including destinations and travel trends
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing client itineraries
• Proficiency in reservation systems, travel booking software, and related tools is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and ensure customer satisfaction
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
