Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greater Noida for Travel Operations and Sales. The Operations Executive will manage day-to-day operations, oversee processes, and execute plans effectively to ensure smooth business functions. Key responsibilities include coordinating with teams, analyzing data and workflows, maintaining operational efficiency, and fostering strong communication with clients and stakeholders. The role requires hands-on problem-solving and adherence to organizational policies and goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Operations and Operations Management skills
• Proficient Analytical Skills for evaluating workflows and improving processes
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
• Outstanding Communication abilities for internal and external coordination
• Knowledge of the travel and hospitality industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Travel Management, or a related field is preferred.
