Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant located in Noida. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers with travel planning, creating tailored travel itineraries, managing reservations, and offering exceptional customer support. The role also involves providing expert advice on travel arrangements and ensuring that customers receive outstanding experiences at every step of their journey.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and creating customized travel solutions
• Experience in managing Travel Arrangements and making accurate Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills, with an ability to provide personalized guidance and support
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of travel industry trends and booking platforms is a plus
