About Ezee Flights: Ezee Flights is a leading travel agency specializing in international flight bookings. As part of our expansion in the Delhi, we are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Travel Sales Consultant International Flights to join our Delhi-branch.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in international air ticketing, fare searches, and client support, along with excellent communication and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries exclusively for international flight bookings via phone, email, and chat.
Provide best airfare options, routing advice, and fare comparisons to clients.
Handle ticket issuance, reissues, refunds, date changes, and cancellations efficiently.
Drive sales through inbound & outbound calls and online leads.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and airline partners.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
6Months2 years of experience in international flight sales or ticketing.
Hands-on experience with GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre preferred).
Strong communication, sales, and client-handling skills.
Language Skills: Must be able to communicate fluently in English to serve key client markets.
