Role: Travel Sales Consultant
We are looking for highly motivated and dynamic travel sales consultants to drive revenue growth, build strong customer relationships, and enhance our presence in the experiential travel market. The ideal candidate should be passionate about travel, proactive, and eager to contribute meaningfully to a fast-growing organisation.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Assist clients in identifying and selecting the most suitable travel packages
Maintain in-depth knowledge of travel destinations, including pricing, culture, weather, and local requirements
Negotiate customizations or modifications as per customer requirements while ensuring alignment with internal processes
Consistently meet and exceed sales and revenue targets
Stay updated with travel industry trends, both domestic and international
Contribute actively to overall business growth and process improvement
What We Look For
6 months to 1+ year of experience in selling international holiday packages (B2C) preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in travel are encouraged to apply
Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, real estate, Ed. Tech (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused mindset with high attention to detail
Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
