Sales & Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly sales targets for domestic and international holiday packages.
- Focus on selling group departures and FIT packages to destinations such as Europe, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, USA, CIS, and Japan.
- Maintain sales hygiene by following company policies and guidelines.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and sustain relationships with customers and key accounts.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints to maintain a high Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Ensure superior customer service while balancing cost efficiency.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth follow-ups and timely service delivery.
- Coordinate operational tasks to ensure compliance with training and process guidelines.
- Contribute to process improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives.
