Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant based in the Kolkata . The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on travel destinations, creating customized travel packages, managing reservations, and handling travel arrangements. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage of their journey.

• Create customised packages as per customer's requirement and advise them to maximize conversion.
• Stay connected with your client through the entire trip and enhance their experience.
• Do immediate workings while having conversation with the client .

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to craft personalized travel experiences
• Experience with Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including itinerary planning and logistics
• Strong Customer Service skills to provide support and maintain client relationships
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills
• Familiarity with travel industry software and booking tools is an advantage
• Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry preferred
• Relevant certifications in travel and tourism are a plus
