Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Kolkata metropolitan area for a Sales Staff member. The Sales Staff will engage customers, showcase products, address inquiries, and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, presenting product options, explaining features like Eyeblue coating, managing sales transactions, and maintaining inventory records. Additionally, the role involves driving customer satisfaction and actively supporting business growth by maintaining professional relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and People Skills: Ability to engage with customers, provide excellent service, and build professional relationships.
• Sales and Product Knowledge: Experience in sales and understanding of eyewear products and related offerings.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills to understand customer requirements and present solutions effectively.
• Organizational and Operational Skills: Ability to manage inventory, handle transactions accurately, and maintain a tidy work environment.
• Technological Knowledge: Familiarity with digital sales platforms or basic computer skills is an added benefit.
• Result-Oriented Mindset: Focus on achieving sales targets and supporting business growth.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in retail or eyewear sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
