Travel Sales Agent

Monk Travel Tech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for Travel Sales Agent Position in an immediate basis.

JD For Sr. Travel Sales:

Desired Skills and Experience:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is must

Have passion for Sales and customer service is must

Knowledge of Online booking of flights, hotels, etc. preferred but not a

constraint

Good knowledge of major international travel destinations (UK) preferred but

not a constraint

Must have knowledge of world geography & airport preferred but not a

constraint

Candidates from travel / Airlines industry will be preferred

Candidate must have working experience in META process

GDS Experience is must (Amadeus, Galileo etc.)

Responsibilities:

Handling traveller queries and taking travel requirements

Understand customer requirement and offer packages accordingly

Coordinating with operations team

Handling operations/sales for outbound flight enquiries (Understanding of UK destination is preferred)

Create bookings / reservations for customers, Prepare itineraries, flight costing, customization of international / outbound flight packages

Providing excellent customer service experiences - Taking care of any customer escalation post booking and helping with appropriate resolution

Responsible to ensure that the flight is operated smoothly
