Job Description

  • Location: Bangalor
  • Work mode: On-site
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
  • Experiece: 23 years
  • Compensation: 35,000 45,000 per month (flexible for exceptional candidates)
  • Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred (up to 30 days acceptable)
  • Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

About

We are hiring a Travel Itinerary & Product Designer to design and build group travel products end-to-end. This role involves researching destinations, structuring itineraries, identifying and coordinating with global vendors, and preparing execution-ready products for sales and operations teams.

This is a high-ownership, backend role suited for someone who enjoys research, structured planning, and building products from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research destinations and design structured, execution-ready travel itineraries
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard hotels, transport providers, and local travel partners globally
  • Benchmark competitor offerings and build differentiated travel products
  • Prepare clear product documentation for internal teams including sales and operations
  • Coordinate with vendors to finalize logistics, feasibility, and operational readiness
  • Support sales and operations teams with product knowledge and clarifications
  • Continuously improve itineraries based on execution learnings and customer feedback

  • Reliable vendor partnerships and smooth pre-tour readiness

Requirements

Mandatory:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a travel company (product, itinerary planning, or operations role)
  • Experience designing or coordinating travel itineraries
  • Strong research, planning, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

  • Experience working with international destinations
  • Experience coordinating with DMCs, hotels, or travel vendors
  • Strong attention to detail and structured working style
