Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Travel Operations professional. The primary responsibilities include planning and managing travel arrangements for various clients, including family, corporate, and group travelers. The role involves coordinating bookings, ensuring efficient travel itineraries, providing excellent customer service, and resolving travel-related issues. The Travel Operations professional will also collaborate with hotel and transport partners, ensuring smooth execution of tours and trips while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Travel Arrangements management, including booking hotels, transport, and sightseeing
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to address client needs and resolve issues effectively
- Proficiency in Travel Management and organizing Business Travel for individuals and groups
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage time efficiently
- Knowledge of travel tools, systems, or software is an advantage
- Familiarity with domestic and international travel destinations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism or related field preferred
- Prior experience in the travel industry is highly desirable
