Job Description

MICE Operations Executive / Senior Executive

Location: Noida

Experience: 2 to 4 years

We are looking for a smart, efficient, and tech-savvy professional for our MICE Operations team based in Noida.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar role and must be comfortable handling the day-to-day operational side of corporate MICE movements, especially hotel contracting, rate sourcing, negotiation, supplier coordination, and execution support.

This role is suited for someone who understands the pace and precision required in MICE operations and can work across hotel coordination, costing inputs, rooming lists, travel logistics, and vendor follow-up. In current market role definitions, MICE operations typically spans end-to-end group handling, including hotel negotiations, itinerary planning, transport coordination, vendor management, and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and negotiate hotel rates and commercial terms for corporate MICE groups
  • Coordinate with hotels and travel suppliers for availability, inclusions, cancellation terms, upgrades, and special concessions
  • Prepare and maintain rate comparisons, contracting records, supplier databases, and quotation support sheets
  • Support the team on group movement planning, rooming lists, itinerary coordination, meal plans, transport requirements, and operational checklists
  • Follow up with suppliers for confirmations, revisions, and last-mile execution details
  • Work closely with internal sales and operations teams for timely closures and smooth handovers
  • Track seasonal offers, blackout dates, policies, and destination-specific supplier updates
  • Use Excel, digital tools, and AI tools for faster comparisons, documentation, communication, and productivity
  • Assist in ensuring smooth execution of corporate meetings, conferences, incentives, and group travel programs
Candidate Profile
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in MICE operations / hotel contracting / travel operations
  • Prior hands-on experience in hotel rate sourcing, negotiation, and vendor coordination
  • Good understanding of corporate group travel and MICE operational workflows
  • Strong commercial sense and attention to detail
  • Good communication and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets, online tools, and AI tools
  • Organized, dependable, and able to handle multiple moving parts under deadlines
Preferred Qualities
  • Fast response time and strong ownership
  • Practical problem-solving ability
  • Good coordination skills with hotels and suppliers
  • Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
  • Able to contribute with minimal handholding
