Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Travel Operations Manager with 45 years of experience in the travel industry to oversee the planning and execution of our curated group trips. This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth on-ground operations, managing vendor relationships, and delivering exceptional travel experiences for our communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute end-to-end operations for assigned trips
- Coordinate with vendors including hotels, transport partners, and activity providers
- Manage trip logistics, itineraries, bookings, and documentation
- Ensure seamless on-ground execution and troubleshoot operational challenges
- Work closely with creators, business development, and customer support teams
- Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate rates where required
- Monitor trip quality and continuously improve operational processes
Requirements:
- Experience: 45 years in travel operations / tour operations / group travel management
- Strong understanding of travel logistics, vendor management, and itinerary planning
- Experience coordinating with hotels, transport partners, and local operators
- Ability to manage multiple trips simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools, operational systems, and reporting
- Interest in experiential travel and community-led trips
