Deputy Manager - Travel Operations (Inbound / MICE)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team and drive excellence in MICE and group travel operations.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in MICE tour operations
• Strong expertise in handling events, conferences, and group movements
• Experience managing national andinternational group operations
• Excellent communication skills in English
• A proactive, hardworking attitude and a passion for travel
• Smart, team-oriented personality with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Knowledge of travel operations systems/software (preferred)

• Manage day-to-day tour operations including bookings, itinerary planning & logistics coordination
• Communicate with clients to ensure seamless service and overall comfort
• Design and execute proposals for MICE operations, tours, and group movements
• Coordinate with suppliershotels, transporters, guidesto ensure smooth ground execution
• Anticipate and resolve operational challenges proactively
• Stay updated on market trends and destination insights to craft personalized travel experiences
• Support relationship-building efforts with key clients and partners
• Provide timely reports, updates, and operational feedback to the management team

Location: New Delhi

Qualifications: MBA/MTA preferred; minimum graduation in Tourism or related field

Prior experience in the Tourism industry is essential
