Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Operations - International position located in South Delhi specialising in outbound journeys involving european/ long haul routes. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as managing travel arrangements, providing excellent customer service, coordinating travel logistics, and facilitating business travel for clients both B2C/ B2B.

• Travel Arrangements and Travel Management
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in coordinating business travel
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Knowledge of international travel regulations and requirements
• Proficiency in relevant travel software and systems
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus
• Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
