Key Responsibilities
- Handle flight, hotel, and package bookings through various B2B portals (e.g., TravClan, TBO, EaseMyTrip, etc.).
- Generate invoices, receipts, and vouchers for clients and maintain booking records daily.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and suppliers for booking confirmations, cancellations, rescheduling, or special requests.
- Manage client communication via phone, WhatsApp, and email send itineraries, boarding passes, and timely updates.
- Handle SOS / emergency cases such as last-minute changes or flight issues with professionalism and calmness.
- Search competitive pricing and best deals across portals to optimize margins.
- Maintain daily MIS (Management Information System) and assist in weekly and monthly reporting.
- Represent client with strong communication, integrity, and client-first attitude.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate (any stream); preference for Travel & Tourism / Hospitality background.
- 23 years of experience in a travel agency or travel operations role.
- Proficient in using B2B travel portals, Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp Web, and email communication.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Tech-savvy able to extract flight details, PNR info, and manage online check-ins.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle clients confidently.
- Calm and solution-oriented approach during urgent or difficult situations.
