Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee tourism operations for Bali, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore & UAE.
  • Coordinate with global and local vendors for hotels, cruises, flights, and activities, ensuring the best pricing and service quality.
  • Negotiate contracts and rates with suppliers, manage vendor relationships, and optimize margins.
  • Manage hotel, cruise, activity, and flight bookings across multiple destinations handling both FIT & GIT requirements.
  • Provide real-time travel support to clients during their journeys, resolving on-ground issues for smooth experiences.
  • Monitor reservations, payment schedules, and booking confirmations to prevent discrepancies.
  • Prepare detailed travel itineraries with costings, aligning client preferences with budget constraints.
  • Work closely with DMCs and third-party vendors to source competitive deals and enhance travel offerings.
  • Assist in operational reporting, vendor performance evaluation, and database management for continuous process improvement.

Requirements:

  • 13 years of experience in Travel Operations / Post Sales (B2C preferred).
  • Hands-on experience managing Southeast Asian destinations Bali, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore & UAE.
  • Strong coordination and negotiation skills with vendors, suppliers, and DMCs.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
