Your role and responsibilities

As a Travel Manager, you will Drive the endtoend global rollout of the Robotics Travel Program, spearheading the setup of travel operations, technologies, vendors, policies, and system integrations for the standalone Robotics organization. Champions implementation governance, ensuring market readiness, exceptional service quality, and seamless post-golive stabilization-all aligned with defined operating procedures and stringent SLAs.

This role is contributing to the Robotics division in Bangalore, India.
You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Robotics Travel Program, including system setup, Travel Agency onboarding, and configuration of online/offline travel solutions.
  • Own market-level deployment planning, defining milestones, cutover activities, hyper care approach, and golive acceptance criteria.
  • Gather global and country requirements and collaborate with T&E, IT, HR, Finance, Procurement, and Travel Agency partners to design workflows, policies, approvals, integrations, and reporting.
  • Manage Travel Agency transitions, traveler profile migration, role/permission setup, and operational configurations to ensure independent Robotics operations with strong data quality and compliance.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for all travelrelated implementation topics, overseeing incident, request, and change management processes to ensure timely resolution.
  • Plan and execute UAT cycles, validating configurations, booking flows, integrations, and policy compliance, and ensuring issues are documented and resolved.
  • Drive change management through communication, training, user support, and post-golive stabilization while monitoring SLAs, service quality, vendor performance, and KPIs for continuous improvement.


Qualifications for the role

  • Any bachelor's degree in business or equivalent field.
  • 7-10 years in corporate travel management, travel technology implementation, or TMC operations with multi-country rollout experience.
  • Expertise in Travel Technology Implementation, including configuration of Concur Travel or other Online Booking Tools.
  • Strong Program & Project Management capabilities with experience managing global or multicountry deployments.
  • Proficiency in Vendor Management and SLA governance, ensuring high service performance.
  • Strong foundation in Data Quality, reporting, analytics, and control frameworks.
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management and communication skills, collaborating effectively across IT, HR, Finance, Procurement, and travel partners.
