Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Manager to oversee and manage

all corporate travel requirements across the Group. This role will be responsible for end-to-end

travel planning, vendor coordination, policy compliance, and cost optimization while ensuring a

seamless travel experience for employees and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Travel Management

  • Manage end-to-end travel operations across the Group, including flights, hotels, visas, and ground transportation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all corporate travel-related requests and

escalations.

  • Ensure smooth execution of travel arrangements for employees, leadership, and business-critical trips.
  • Handle urgent and last-minute travel requirements efficiently

Travel Management

  • Manage relationships with airlines, hotels, and external vendors.
  • Negotiate preferred rates and optimize travel costs while maintaining service quality.

Travel Policy & Compliance

  • Implement and enforce corporate travel policies across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines, budgets, and approval workflows.
  • Recommend policy improvements to enhance efficiency and cost control.

Cost Optimization & Reporting

  • Track travel spend and prepare regular reporting and insights on travel expenses.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting related to travel expenditure.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain accurate travel records and documentation.
  • Improve travel booking processes and introduce automation where possible.
  • Provide high-quality support and ensure a positive employee travel experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 48 years of experience in corporate travel management or travel operations.
  • Experience managing large corporate travel accounts is essential.
  • Background in travel management companies strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience coordinating travel for large organizations or multiple business units.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage urgent requests and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with travel booking systems and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a corporate or multinational environment.
  • Familiarity with travel policy implementation and vendor negotiations.
  • Strong analytical mindset with cost management exposure.
