Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Travel Expert Sales role based in Ahmedabad. The primary responsibilities include managing end-to-end travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, and tailoring travel plans to suit client preferences. The Travel Expert will engage with prospective and existing clients to discuss holiday packages, answer inquiries, and ensure a seamless booking experience. The role also involves advising clients on business and leisure travel options, and handling necessary administrative tasks related to travel management.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Travel Arrangements and Travel Management processes
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities to engage with clients effectively
- Familiarity with Business Travel planning and coordination
- Proficiency in travel-related tools and software is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple client requests and manage scheduling efficiently
- Prior experience in travel sales or related roles is highly advantageous
