Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Expert, located in Thane. The Travel Expert will be responsible for arranging travel accommodations, managing business travel plans, providing excellent customer service, and communicating effectively with clients. Daily tasks include planning itineraries, booking hotels and flights, and ensuring that clients have a seamless travel experience.

Qualifications

• Skills in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Business Travel arrangements
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with travel booking systems and software
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a travel agency or related field is a plus
