Our Exciting Opportunity
We are looking for a Travel & Expense (T&E) Auditor to manage the Shared Services components of Travel & Expense accounting in alignment with the Ericsson Business Process (EBP) Activity Description and related work instructions. The role involves handling travel advances, auditing and processing expense claims, ensuring timely payments, and providing enduser support. Your efforts will help ensure accurate claim payments and proper T&E account balances across our companies books and records.
You will
- Audit and process expense claims submitted through Concur.
- Assist in Group Audits, Corporate Audits, MIT, and CMC findings
- Manage cash advances and initiate T&E related payments.
- Perform activities in compliance with ABC key controls, SOX requirements, and leverage tools to strengthen internal controls.
- Monitor T&E systems interfaces to confirm accurate data transfer to financial systems.
- Maintain uptodate T&E audit files, analyze policy or instruction changes for impact, and share process updates with colleagues.
- Provide support for T&E reporting requests and address related queries.
To be successful in the role you must have
- Full time graduate with relevant T&E domain experience of 1-4 years of T&E domain experience along with SAP/Concur knowledge preferably with compliance & data analytics exp
- Strong knowledge of T&E processes.
- Experience in T&E auditing, vouching, and compliance.
- Familiarity with SAP One, Concur, and GRPC SOX controls.
- Handson experience in data analysis
- Skills in AI and Power tools are an added advantage.
