We're supporting a well-established organization in finding a Travel Services Executive to manage their end-to-end corporate travel function.
The Role:
- End-to-end management of domestic and international employee travel (air, rail, hotel, cabs)
- Visa coordination — applications, documentation, embassy compliance, timelines
- Bookings, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds on Amadeus and Galileo
- Vendor liaison and rate negotiation with airlines, hotels, and transport providers
- Travel MIS reporting (daily/weekly/monthly) and budget tracking
- Ensuring compliance with company travel policies at all times
You Should Have:
- 2–5 years in corporate travel management or a travel agency
- Hands-on experience with Amadeus and Galileo (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of visa processes and international travel documentation
- Experience handling urgent and last-minute travel requests
- Good vendor coordination and negotiation skills
- A degree in Hospitality, Travel, or Tourism (preferred); ticketing certification is a plus
