You will:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls from French-speaking travelers

• Sell flights, hotels, holiday packages & travel services

• Convert warm leads into confirmed bookings

• Offer world-class customer support

• Coordinate with airlines, suppliers & internal teams

• Upsell add-ons — insurance, upgrades, seat selection, etc.

• Fluency in French (spoken + written)

• 1–3 years of Travel Sales / International Travel Process experience

• Working knowledge of Amadeus (GDS) is a strong advantage

• Excellent communication, persuasion & negotiation skills
