Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Executive, located in Kolkata/Delhi NCR . The Travel Executive will be responsible for organizing and managing travel arrangements, providing expert travel consulting, and enhancing the customer experience with exceptional communication and service. The role involves coordinating travel itineraries, handling client inquiries, resolving travel-related issues, and ensuring efficient travel operations for clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Arrangements, Travel Consulting, and Travel Management
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with travel industry tools, platforms, and best practices
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or relevant field
• Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
• Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Total of 3 to 5 yrs experience
