Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Executive to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for assisting clients in planning, booking, and customizing their travel experiences including flights, accommodations, tours, and visa support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client travel needs and preferences
- Suggest suitable domestic and international travel packages
- Design customized travel itineraries as per customer requirements
- Handle flight, hotel, transport, and visa bookings
- Provide guidance on travel documents, insurance, and safety
- Maintain excellent communication with clients before and during travel
- Stay updated on travel regulations, destinations, and offers
- Resolve customer queries or issues related to bookings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or any relevant field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for travel and good destination knowledge
- Basic knowledge of booking portals (like MakeMyTrip, Amadeus, Galileo etc. optional)
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Freshers with strong enthusiasm for travel can apply
