About the Role:

We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Travel Desk Executive to manage end-to-end travel arrangements for employees across locations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination of travel bookings, cost optimization, and timely support for all travel-related requirements in line with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings (flights, trains, cabs, and hotels) for employees.
  • Manage travel requests, approvals, and itinerary preparation.
  • Liaise with travel agents, hotels, and transport vendors to secure best rates and ensure smooth service.
  • Maintain travel records, invoices, and ensure timely processing of travel bills.
  • Assist employees in submitting and processing travel-related claims and reimbursements.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to company travel policies and budget guidelines.
  • Prepare periodic travel expense and utilization reports for management review.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline; certification in Travel & Tourism preferred.
  • 25 years of experience in corporate travel management or administrative support.
  • Good knowledge of travel portals, airline booking systems, and hotel platforms.
  • Strong coordination, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
